MIXING SYSTEM
The special feature of this mixing method is the circulation of the feed.
First, according to the ration recipe, the feed from each dosing table is mixed on a weighing belt. The first mix of all feeds is made on the conveyor belt.
The feed is loaded into the MU LINE robot in several layers via a conveyor belt.
Once the robot is filled, it starts ejecting feed onto the z-belt, which transports the feed to the back of the robot.
This circulation of the feed through the robot ensures that the feed is mixed quickly and energy-efficiently. The feed is rounded again to ensure that it is mixed properly .

More flexibility and time savings
Feeding is no longer time-sensitive - feed can be loaded in the morning or in the evening, and the system then distributes it gradually throughout the day. On colder days, the dosing tables can be filled several days in advance, saving considerable time and giving more freedom to organise the work on the farm. This eliminates the problem of having to feed at certain times earlier, often in the middle of other important tasks.
Different recipes
Mix Line makes it easy to prepare several different recipes, allowing the farmer to tailor the rations to the different groups of animals in the barn. Only the basic feed is loaded into the dosing tables, and the system takes care of precise preparation and distribution.
Flexible layout
The dispensing tables can also be placed one above the other, saving space. The entire kitchen for meal preparation can thus be placed on top of the existing conventional control table.
